Upon application, Apex Appraisals will send you an email including the Appointment of Agency form and our terms for your specific property. Our tax protest services are charged as a percentage of the tax savings for the year and if we do not reduce your property taxes, OUR SERVICES ARE FREE. This includes online protests, informal hearings, formal ARB hearings, and litigation/arbitration if necessary and mutually agreed.
